• End Caps and Spacers provide locking strain relief and allow for easy grouping of multiple 4-conductor Adapter Cables into a single end piece. This end piece plugs into the USB Adapter Transition Board.

• The Custom Discrete Adapter is a pre-wired version of the Custom Discrete Block. Just solder or screw on your terminals and your are ready to plug this adapter into the easy-wire system. The adapter cable is one meter long.

• Enable customers to attach custom test platforms to the grid tiles. The Plate Mounts screw directly onto your custom plate which then may be clipped to Long brackets. You can configure your custom plate in any size or shape which meets your needs then clip it to the tile field.
  
  
  
  
• The photo on the left shows Plate Mounts attached to the custom platform but not attached to any brackets or the tile field.

• Recommended for high cycle production testing. Standard mating connectors often are not robust enough for high cycle rates found in automated testing situations. This Test-block approach can also be used when standard mating connectors are not available or are not allowed to be used by your customer. Depending on the size of the connectors involved these test blocks can also be mounted on to easy-wire grid tiles using easy-wire bracket bases etc. Because the custom test blocks are custom made to match your specific connector, ECC usually request that you send a sample of the connector/s you need to mate to. This will give them enough information to evaluate the requirements of the connector, develop a fixed price quote and establish a delivery schedule.

• EWSB-05:Mounts test blocks at approximately 1.33" wire height.
  
  
• Built-in 5 degree tilt. Accepts only 1.2" test blocks. (EVM series). Intended for direct mount to harness board allowing standard harness board nails to be used. Not compatible with the easy-wire grid system.

• EWTS-05:Mounts test blocks at approximately 3.00" wire height.
  
  
• Adjustable tilt angles: Vertical, 22.5 degrees, 45 degrees, 67.5 degrees and horizontal. Accepts only 1.2" test blocks (EVM Series).

• EWTL-05:Mounts test blocks at approximately 3.00" wire height.

• Nails retract for easy harness removal, application of sheathing, lacing, etc. Also great for preventing bent nails and reducing board height during storage. Nail width spacing adjustable from 3/8" to 1 3/8" in 1/4" increments.

• Grid board tiles come as individual pieces that screw-mount to plywood or other substrait. Each kit of 10 tiles covers one square foot (.096 square meters). Grid hole spacing is .275" (7mm), holes are .191" diameter

• Bracket bases are inserted into Grid tiles and locked into place. Bases are the foundation that all backets use to be secured to the grid tile field.

• AC20-64: 2'-0" Ribbon Cable with connector on one end only.
