Cirris can design, build, and program semi automated test
fixtures that can be used with our line of automated test equipment.
We have designed fixtures for Catheters, Ball Grid Arrays, and
Bulk connector testing and we can design a test fixture to meet your
application needs.
Medical Applications:
Using our Dynamic Test Point Mapping (DTPM)
allowed the tester to effectively map and test a randomly
placed array of test points at a test rate of 2 milliseconds
per test point. With a push of a button the pneumatic fixture
and our test system allowed the client to test the ring
terminals with a soft conductive elastomer, thus eliminating
the chance of marking or damaging the connections, while
employing our 4 wire continuity testing at .001 ohm with +/- 1% accuracy,
and High Voltage Insulation resistance testing to ensure that
all conductors were within specifications and were properly
