Utah offers a diverse collection of wildlife for all animal and nature enthusiast. Utah mountains and deserts harbor moose, elk, bears, antelope, mule deer, cougar, coyotes, a variety of foxes, the occasional wolf, bobcat, wolverines, wild horses, the American bison, and a host of smaller critters. The established bird population of Utah is regularly enhanced because Utah is on the migratory path of many migrating birds. We support large numbers of Canadian geese in the winter time as well as pelicans in the summer. We also have a large number of native American bald eagles.
