Cable/Harness Testing Made Easy.
Testing cables and harnesses with low voltage usually doesn't get too confusing. If you question the test results you are getting, just get a Volt-Ohm-Meter (VOM) and see the problem without using a tester. However, high voltage testing raises questions that are not as easily answered.
