Isn't it embarrassing when a cable/harness that we represented as having tested "good" is found to have a defect that proves that it couldn't have been tested?   Defects such as Mis-wires and completely missing wires come to mind.   And if these defects escape the testing process what confidence might you, or your customer, have that your assemblies were even getting tested?
