The video covers these hipot test errors:

• Overcurrent - during the initial charging of the wire too much current was flowing. It was taking too much charge to reach full voltage.
  
  
• Had Leakage - while at full voltage too much current was leaking from the wire.
  
  
• Dielectric Failure - the current suddenly increased (an arc probably occured).
