Expected Resistance	Actual Resistance	Meaning of Result
Very Low	Very Low	Good connection between points we want connected
Very Low	Not Very Low	Bad connection between points we want connected. IE: open, intermittent open, high wire resistance or unintended insulation.
Very High	Very High	Good insulation separates points we do not want connected
Very High	Not Very High	Insulation fails to properly separate points we do not want connected. IE: short, intermittent short, IR failure, dielectric breakdown
